Building Permission in Legal Force

On September 20, 2006, the Prague 7 Municipal Authority issued building permission for the construction of the first phase of apartment buildings of the Prague Marina project, which came into legal force on October 3, 2006. Following this event, preparatory construction work began along with the relaying of utility lines at the Prague Marina construction site.
