Prague Marina I Finished

A total of 338 residential units of above-standard design were completed in the first phase of the future new quarter. The first Prague project to be located on the river offers its residents unique panoramic views of the surroundings. The service basin of the port was connected to the Vltava riverbed via a shaft, thus ensuring water circulation. The construction of apartment buildings was finished in autumn 2008 and the first residents began to move in to their new homes in early 2009.
