Laying of the foundation stone of the Prague Marina Nova

On 14 September 2021, the symbolic laying of the foundation stone of the Prague Marina Nova project took place. Several representatives of the companies involved in its creation attended the event. Behind the unique architectural project stand the development companies Daramis and Lighthouse Group. The project represents another part of the exclusive Prague Marina residential complex in Prague's Holešovice. Construction of the project began in April this year. Prague Marina Nova will offer a total of 151 apartments and six business units. Completion of the project is scheduled for mid-2023.
